what I made my family for dessert last night:
Sugar, modified food starch, cocoa processed with Alkali, disodium phosphate (for thickening), contains less than 2% of natural flavor, artificial flavor, tetrasodium pyrophosphate (for thickening) mono and diglycerides (prevent foaming) red 40, yellow 5, blue 1, artificial color, BHA (preservative)
but it sure tasted a whole heck of a lot like chocolate pudding.
Joshua kept asking for more. I think he only stopped so that he could save some for a treat later.

haha! - I was all excited thinking you were going to give the recipe (b/c I know you do everything from scratch!)and then I was a bit awed and confused by all the fancy ingredients you were using. After a few reads I realized what was really going on.
brilliant!
Oh! We love this dessert. In fact I have some in my cupboard right now and I might just bust it out tonight as a treat...
I do try not to read the ingredients when I buy it though...
I'm sure the pudding was delicious, but I think I like the pretty tray even better.
