One of Taeya's favorite things to do right now is to pull used tissues out of the trash and eat them (they're easier to get to than the clean ones). I'm pretty sure I'd prefer her to eat pizza crust from the trash like Selma.
I enjoy reading your blog and seeing how much your little ones are growing up.
thank you for letting her do that. my roomates think i'm weird when i eat food after it falls on the floor.
It's funny. I totally let my kids do that, but not in front of other moms (I don't want to look like a bad mom, you know...) And it's not like I go around suggesting they eat out of the trash, or go clean up the floor around the kitchen table, and I do scold just a tad to make myself feel better, and then they partake...
hehe, mercy, I thought you were going to say that your roommates thought that you were weird for eating food out of the trash! (although, if you did it, you would probably make it cool!)
Gab - - the way I see it is - - home trash picking (and floor scouring) is way more acceptable because you know what has been tossed in the trash or when the last time the floor was mopped, etc . . . (because we're bright, aware moms like that)
last night a girl at Bible study told us that she found her ten month old eating a roach. . .
really, I didn't even think about the trashy pizza crust, I was fixated on this baby's amazing blue eyes.
HI Naomi
You are soooo funny. It was a blast reading all your posts. Kylee (my oldest) is in Awana and had to choose a missionary in order to complete a jewel. She picked you and Josh and we were wondering if you could let us know what you guys are up to in Spain. I didn't know how else to reach you so I hope you see this. Thank you
HA HA! I love it! It's a bit gross, but I love it!
