made for each other . . .

In his sovereignty, God knew that mankind would one day grind up chickpeas to make hummus. In his kindness, he created arugula for us to eat with that hummus.

p.s. don't think too hard about the theological accuracy of this statement. Instead, try hummus and arugula yourself and thank God for it!

Preach it, sister!!! What bread are you serving your humus on? Is that a roasted red pepper, too??

I agree. Humus, arugala, roasted bell pepper on pizza bread...yum. Humus is good with almost anything. :)

yes! red pepper! (you girls are good) I served it on leftover baguette - - toasted up so that it wouldn't be so stale; and it's good that way, but I may like it on a toasted bagel better. but we can't get bagels here, so that doesn't happen often
