an American, still getting used to summer life in Spain

Wednesday, past midnight

dear parents of the neighborhood 10 year olds,
if you are looking for your kids, they are in the plaza behind our bedroom window.
hope this helps,
your friendly Neighbor,
Noemi

You crack me up, girl! This sounds like a personal problem rather than a cultural one. ;) (j/k!)

I took that picture! And ummm, it seems to me I heard similar noises like that when we were in Spain...but maybe they went to bed early, like 10:30 or 11...

they keep getting later and later . . . I think they are starting to realize that their summer is coming to and end.

and Lory - - what personal problem? come over here and I'll show YOU a personal problem! :)

seriously i'd like to know where the parents are for the gang of children running around in the streets and playing in their gardens at 11 at night right outside my window. is it european living or just city living that we have to adjust to :)

They kept us up too and I think they were out there until midnight!
